I have a regular glass french press coffee maker and after pouring the boiling water in, would wrap it in 3 dishtowels to try to keep it hot until the coffee was ready. Then by the time I was ready for a 2nd cup, the coffee was cold or room temp. I don’t have a microwave, so I’d have to use a pan on the stove to reheat the rest of the coffee.
With this super-insulated coffee press, boy, that coffee stays piping hot for several hours. I just love mine!
